To help you decide which program option to start at, we would recommend choosing either option of:
(1) Steady Weight Loss or

After the initial intense training you can either repeat the same program option or move to a maintenance program for ongoing accountability and support.

This is crazy. To be honest we used to offer individual PT sessions, but the clients prefer the intimacy and fun of small group PT classes.
